This batch of photos was taken along a gravel cycling route that I bike frequently. When thinking of places to photograph, this was one of the first that came to mind. Due to the rolling hills and the view over the crops these turned out to be better photos than I thought they'd be. I also thought that a picture of the gravel road would look cool as the leading lines and the bright color of the trees would make for an interesting photo.

Into the Clearing
Also taken from a local bike route, these images were some of the most fun to take. The path is surrounded by a dense forest, which I thought would be cool to photograph. While researching landscapes for my journal, I had seen many images like this, and this was my best recreation of those pictures. Also, along the path there was another smaller pathway to a clearing which is where I was able to take the photo of the singular tree.
The Tree's Fingers
In Silhouette
These images were taken along a hike around Pickerel lake. I took many photos along the hike, and these were the ones that stood out the most. The two images above I didn't think I would use, but with the limbs of the trees being in silhouette they turned out better than I thought. I also was able to find some of the turkey tail mushroom.

Never-ending Corn
When thinking of places to take landscapes, this was one of the spots that came to mind. Having not visited there in a while, I was surprised to see how tall the corn was. To take the photos I had to climb on top of my car to get high enough, but even still I should've gone higher. Due to the field being so massive, it was hard to capture the whole thing, but for what I had, I think these photos came out the best they could.
